The game is being published by Activision. The game is all set to be released on 8th September 2017 for Xbox one and Play Station 4. The release date for Microsoft window has yet not declared. The game is the sequel for the original game Destiny that was released in 2014.
THE GOOD NEWS ABOUT THE GAME
There are number of news that the release of the game is accompanying with itself. The first good news is that the PC port for the Destiny 2 is much better. The opportunity to play the game using the keyboard and mouse makes the game even better. The PvP and PvE feels highly fluid and with a keyboard and a mouse there is a silky smooth 60fps on the PC.
Bungie in their latest news feed have confirmed that PvP content for the game had been refitted for the 4 player teams. Additional to this the raid is accessible and can be played by each one of us and not just the one with experience and the fire team. They have also introduced the live game play during the home coming. It is quest that lets you play the assault from the reveal trailer.
The game will come with solo campaign which is known as red war. While revealing about the game Bungie has informed countdown which is a new mode that will be introduced through Destiny 2. All this can be done without leaving the tower. You do not have to go into orbit anymore. The loot that you did in Destiny 1 will not be carried to the game but you will be able imports your true guardian to Destiny 2. The developers have decided to award the old players with certain goodies as well.
The game will have the clan support which means you will be able to involve and bring your friends in the tower instead of going through Skype chat. The game will also have its unique reward system which will allow you and your friends to earn loots just by working together. Guided game had been added as the new feature which will allow the players to have the partnership with the experienced clans.

Bungie had promised initially that the characters of the players and the progression of the game will be carry forwarded with the release of the sequel. But this came out to be just half true. The progression and characters will not be carry forwarded into the sequel, only the physical appearances of the character will be carried over and that to if you have reached level 20 and had been able to complete the Black Garden Quest in Destiny 1. To the reason why they are not carry forwarding the progress the developers have mentioned that it is the best way forward. This is helping them to introduce the main improvements and advancements which the players and the developers were expecting out of the game.
THE STORY LINE BEHIND THE GAME
After the first game the sequel has its follow up which states the tower had been ruined by the number of enemies in the game who are named as Red legion. These enemies are being commanded by Primus Ghaul. There is not much information released by the developers in regards to the threat. The story line moves forward with you and your companions doing everything that is possible to take back your home. From the range of Soldiers to the feral dogs you will enjoy number of features with the game.
There are number of known characters which are also returning back in the game. The Vanguard, Commander Zavala and Ikora Rey all will be around to lead the fights and also help the guardian to upgrade their arsenal to earn better equipments. Still it is a mystery that how wills you be able to take the earth back which will come out with the release of the game.
